Justin Bieber on top of Billboard’s “21 Under 21″ List

International heartthrob Justin Bieber proved he is still the king of teen pop, fending off Brit sensation One Direction and nineteen other would-be heirs to the throne on the Billboard “21 Under 21″ list. The aforementioned band and X Factor judge/pop starlet Demi Lovato round out the top three.
The list is well rounded, including hip hop heavy hitter Mac Miller and more than a few Disney and Nickelodeon TV sensations, like Bridget Mendler. Bieber’s love interest, Selena Gomez, also landed at the six spot, proving they are the most powerful young pop couple around.
