Adele to pen theme song for ‘Skyfall’

The buzz has returned to the James Bond film franchise with director Sam Mendes taking over the 007 story, and sultry superstar songstress Adele will be recording the official theme song.
The singer-songwriter who has seemingly won every award over the last year, including NFL MVP somehow, is a natural fit for the franchise, with a voice that packs a more powerful punch than Daniel Craig. We’re sure Dame Judi Dench would approve.
While the song title, Skyfall, is lacking in creativity, we’re willing to bet that Adele fans will be tapping their toes to an incredible addition to the Bond series. All we ask is that it’s at least as good as the song and video to Duran Duran’s A View to a Kill. Good luck and Godspeed, Adele.
